What Are You Carrying?™

A Self-Assessment Based on the 5R Restoration Model™

What Are You Carrying?™ is a brief self-assessment based on the 5R Restoration Model™. It provides a snapshot of your current restoration across the Five Dimensions of Restoration™. In about 10 minutes, you’ll reflect on your experiences during the past 30 days and rate how true each statement has been for you. Your results are intended to increase self-awareness, help you recognize what you may be carrying, and identify areas where restoration may be most beneficial at this point in time.

This assessment is designed for personal reflection and educational purposes. It is not intended to diagnose or treat a mental health condition or to replace professional mental health care.
