WALK WITH ME:
GET TO know Dr. Shannon
HER path to HERE
Walking with HER was born from a deeply personal understanding that growth is not always loud, and healing is not always linear. Sometimes, it looks like questioning everything you thought you understood about yourself—and learning to rebuild from there.
My work now sits at the intersection of lived experience, research, and guided transformation. As the founder of Restoration Psychology and the 5R Restoration Model, I study and teach how people move through disruption—not by returning to who they were, but by becoming someone more grounded, more aware, and more whole.

You can love your life—and still feel like you’re losing something.
You can show up for everyone around you—and quietly wonder where you went.
You can be doing everything “right” and still feel unsettled in ways you can’t fully explain.
If you’re here, it’s likely because something in your life is shifting.
And you’re trying to understand what that means—for you, for your identity, and for the life you’re building. I know that space well.
Not just through study or professional training—but through lived experience.

In my work with women navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm, I focus on helping you:
• Understand what you’re actually feeling (without judgment)
• Regulate emotional responses so they don’t control your decisions
• Reframe your experience in a way that creates clarity
• Rebuild connection—with yourself and with others
• Restore a sense of stability, confidence, and direction
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more fully who you already are—
with the clarity, language, and support to move forward with intention.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
You don’t have to rush the process.
And you are not behind.
You’re becoming.
